Stanford women's swimming has added two more names to its illustrious list of all-time Olympians, as junior Elaine Breeden won the 200 meter butterfly final at the USA Olympic Swimming Trials and fellow junior Julia Smit was chosen for the 4 x 200 meter freestyle relay team. Former Stanford standout and 2004 U.S. Olympian Tara Kirk put forth an amazing swim in the 100 meter breaststroke final at the '08 USA Olympic Swimming Trials, placing third with a time of 1:07.51.
